Job Hopping

The frequency of job hopping is more acute during the month of april and june. The reason being that everyone expects exponential growth every year.
But if we analyze further into the action the findings are mind blowing.

One who is frequently hopping will find it difficult to discover the "Job Satisfaction" but those who are settled in a pirticular firm will rather find it easy to discover it.

Sticking to a pirticular firm does not mean that they need to beat around the bush. But where you are settled in a pirticular vertical in their firm and exloring it to the next level.
They beat their limits easily and set up awesome standards.

Few moderate their hopping frequency and stick to play around their strength areas. They are the real masters.
They grow with experience and unleash their talents.

So Hopping is good if we could control it to cater it to our strengths.
